This book originates from his sons lectures in 1943. This book is very unbiased, (that is not faith based) in its approach, and allows modern thinking to have its place in the understanding of the I Ching. It describes the I Ching well and approaches the hexagrams from a technical point of view as well as placing them in the context of their history. Good, illuminating read. Softback, intact and clean with some light related colour fade of the front and rear cover, and slightly browned pages. Not significant.
