Hanu, a sixteen-year-old who's been living at the Flush for the last seven years has been quietly scraping by - he pretends to not have questions, or see strange things, or to be in any way disturbed. That way he could go back home to his mother and sister. So when he dreams about a strange group of beings that give him a mission - to find a Genesis Key - he tries to ignore it.
But when he’s forced to join a group of patients who were summoned by the Ancient Ones, Hanu and his new friends stumble into a quiet war. And now he’s starting to realize the Genesis Key will somehow help end it.
