About the Author
Samuel ‘Plan is a featured columnist on one of the world’s foremost professional wrestling websites, LordsofPain.net, where he was been writing analytical appraisals of professional wrestling products for close to a decade. Among his peers he is known for a consistent library of intelligent and engaging work written in an academic fashion to challenge long-standing ideas and preconceptions. In combining both a fierce passion for writing and a dedicated lifetime as an unashamed and highly passionate professional wrestling fan, ‘Plan has been met with a deal of peer-led success, breaking multiple records and winning multiple peer-voted awards for his monthly output during his time writing for the site. In 2014, ‘Plan was inducted into the website’s exclusive Column Writing Hall of Fame in honour of his contributions.
