In "Notes from Gusto: Break Free," the ever-empowering Gusto (from TheGustoCafe.com) provides the tools for you to break free from anything limiting the full expression of who you are and all that you’re capable of.
Break free from the things that don’t matter and from any anchor holding you back from moving forward. And then revel in your freedom.
Break free from thinking you’re alone or thinking you’re without choices. And then, feeling wholly supported, dive deeply into the adventure of today.
Break free from anything holding you inside yourself and from any too-tight mold that doesn’t accurately define you. And then spread your wings; it’s time.
Open to any page of "Notes from Gusto: Break Free" to find exactly what you need: the nudge, the question to consider, the supportive reminder, the shift in perspective, the steps to follow, or the break-free love note to you.
Get wildly empowered.

Elizabeth Day, author of the inspirational novel "Living with Gusto" and creator of TheGustoCafé.com, a website for daily empowerment, brings you the second book in the Notes from Gusto series: "Break Free."
After graduating from Boston College, she joined Teach For America and taught English for five years. During that time, she earned her master’s at DePaul University, developed a writing program for high-risk students that became a Model Program for Chicago’s alternative public schools, and while teaching in Los Angeles, she was named Teacher of the Year. She went on to co-found a boutique publishing house where she helped launch the careers of highly successful authors, including Kaya McLaren and Jordan Sonnenblick, and received publishing and editing awards from the Northwest Book Publishers Association. After six years in the publishing industry, she closed the doors of the publishing house to become an independent editor. In her career as an award-winning editor, her clients included Amanda Turner, Robert Kiyosaki, and Master P.
Elizabeth lives with her husband and two children in Todos Santos, Mexico, and San Clemente, California.
