Mark T. Brown, MD, graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He completed his doctorate of medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose, and Throat to the rest of us) and fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Reconstruction at The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. After serving an appointment as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, He entered private practice in Austin, TX. He has enjoyed a twenty-plus year career in healthcare. His practice in Austin, Great Hills ENT (greathillsent.com), is a nationally (JHACO) accredited sleep center. Dr. Brown pursued his specialty in Sleep Medicine after he began his clinical practice. He is board certified in both Sleep Medicine and Otolaryngology. His passion to educate patients led him to share his expertise and experiences in “Smarter Sleep”.
