Synopsis

In 2059, survival means living behind the Wall.

Twenty-six years ago, the world changed forever. Some called it a virus. Others called it an infection. But to those trapped behind the massive Dividing Wall, it became something else entirely—the Change.

Now, in the quarantined ruins of Baja California—renamed the Grey Zone—the Cineraceans, or “Greys,” struggle to survive. Segregated from the rest of society, they have been quarantined, persecuted, and forgotten. Families torn apart. Communities erased. A people locked away under the pretense of safety.

This is not just another zombie story. It’s a tale of resilience, identity, and the fight for humanity in a world that would rather pretend you don’t exist. Blending elements of zombie apocalypse horror, dystopian science fiction, and social commentary on immigration and segregation, this novel explores what it means to be human when society has already written you off as something less.

If you enjoy The Walking Dead, World War Z, or dystopian fiction with sharp social insight, step inside the Grey Zone—where survival is resistance, and the Greys refuse to be erased.
