Astrid, born in Dominican Republic, and raised between the states of New York and Pennsylvania where she currently resides. She attended Kutztown University to obtain a bachelor's degree in computer science. After a year in Kutztown, she transferred to DeVry University where she graduated with a bachelor's in business information systems. Shortly after graduating, she decided to pursue her master's degree in Business Administration at Keller Graduate School of Management. She was a single mother working full time while on her journey to obtain her master's degree. She graduated and continued her career working in the pharmaceutical industry. She is now a mother of two boys and happily married to her husband Jerel Ferguson, who is an up and coming artist in the Philadelphia region. Astrid has always been a lover of poetry, music, and art. She faced many challenges growing up and found that through writing in diaries, and reading books from time to time was her escape. Now it has become a creative outlet she intendeds to sharpen each day. This is only the beginning of many projects she has in store.
