Country life begins to grow on them and their young son, until inexplicable things begin to happen. Strange messages appear on her computer screen: someone else seems to be writing her manuscript: her son appears to be threatened. But none of these incidents happen when her husband is around, and given her past history, his disbelief isn’t surprising.
As the incursions into her life grow more dangerous, the past tragedy seems to hover more darkly over the present and every relationship she has is in ruins.
