Bulusu Lakshman is an experienced Oracle Forms applications Developer who holds a Masters of Technology credential in Oracle Developer from Oracle Corporation, USA and double Bachelor Honors degrees in Engineering and Mathematics. He is also an Oracle Certified Professional. Mr. Lakshman has hands-on experience in developing and deploying Oracle Forms applications on the client/server and Web environments.
