He has served as a swimming pool and safety consultant for more than twenty years, and currently oversees five large pools and a fitness center and teaches a certified pool operator's course worldwide. The author of Sport Scuba Diving, In-Depth, and The Complete Swimming Pool Reference, he lives in State College, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two daughters.
