About the Author
Dr. Norman J. Marcus, Medical Director of the New York Pain Treatment Program at Lenox Hill Hospital, is a nationally recognized expert in his field. A founding member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, Dr. Marcus currently chairs the Committee to Develop Uniform Outcome Measures for Pain Treatment Programs. He lives in New York City.
