Synopsis
Percy Short is a pygmy hippo and his friend Cuthbert is a giant pelican. Both feel immensely self-concious about their sizes. So they decide to leave the African swamp lands in search of the Pingo-Pongo tree, whose leaves when eaten, it is said, can make their wishes come true.
