About 40 artists, each with 1 to 4 examples of their work in color (if originally color) and tipped-in, accompanied by commentary. Biographical data gives important dates for each artist, a photo portrait, and bibliography. A useful chapter describes printmaking techniques. Faint hint of toning at very edges of boards and interior pages; former owner's bookplate on front paste-down; book is otherwise fine without creases, tears, or marks. Boards are textured white, gold lettering on spine is bight and clear.Jacket has light wear at edges and along spine folds; a few small smudges and 3 small scratches at spine. 172 pages, 12 1/2" x 11" Heavy book, sorry no international shipping.
