While the crowded condition of our shelving and rooms handicaps us in our work, the prospects of adequate and convenient quarters in our new State Library and Supreme Court Building, provided for by the General Assembly of 1907, is ever before us, encouraging us to overlook the many inconveniences of our present crowded quarters.
