Whether it is possible to propose to the different Governments some efficacious measures for restricting the propagation of venereal diseases. The Inter vienna, 1873. National Medical Congress of Vienna, in 1873, taking up the line of the International Medical Congress of Florence, in 1870, not only agreed to an elaborate report aiming at the generalisation and enforcement of the laws existing in different countries for the prevention of venereal diseases, but prepared an analytical draught of an International Convention in pursuance of which the laws of all countries on that subject might be assimilated.
