She is a highly regarded Master Life Coach, qualified Chaplain and NLP Practitioner, who specialises in helping women and teenage girls find their inner strength and authentic self. She passionately equips her community to step up and step out; to know they have a choice and to find their voice, as well as empowering them to take back control of their life without feeling guilty or sacrificing their treasured values.
