Vanessa Wilson founded and manages Quickfox Publishing, a leading and respected custom publishing company based in Cape Town. She has a graphic design and book production back-ground spanning almost 30 years, having started as an apprentice with Gill Marshall, a prominent, award-winning graphic designer in Johannesburg. After cutting her teeth in magazine and publication design, she later became a book production specialist for South Africa's largest traditional publishers. Since the inception of Quickfox in 2007, she has gained immense experience in all aspects of independent publishing, having adopted a very hands-on approach with each project and, with her team, assisting hundreds of authors reach their goals. She is committed to producing professional, trade-quality books, earning her company a solid reputation in the book trade. In addition to her usual work within Quickfox Publishing, she conducts author consultations and publishing workshops. She has collaborated on two bestselling books, one of which was self-published. This is her third collaboration.
Irish-born Georgina Hatch is a multi-award-winning journalist whose career in publishing began when she was just 14 and became a youth correspondent for her community newspaper. Georgina particularly enjoys editorial consulting and coaching, as well as manuscript development assistance and evaluation. She runs her own editorial business, Write It Right. She also offers personal brand development and image consulting - successfully merging her two passions to help authors promote their brand and expertise through publishing. She now lives in Ireland with her husband, Bobby, but continues to consult with, and assist, South African authors. This is her second book.
