Claus Lauter was born 1966 in Grevenbroich, Germany. After extensive travelling he now lives and works in Cape Town, South Africa.
He has a certificate as Fitness Trainer and has completed an apprenticeship as a chef (cook). Also he has a degree in hotel management and worked for many years in 5 star hotels.
He is a Natural Bodybuilder, has trained in gyms all over the world and had the chance to meet some of the leading fitness and bodybuilding professionals.
Now at an age above 40 and with more than 20 years experience in natural bodybuilding and fitness training, he likes to share his experience with others.
