Diane Ludgate Love, PhD, ACC, founder of Successful Solutions and an accomplished executive coach and business consultant, has worked with thousands of senior and mid-level executives in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups throughout the US, the UK, and India. Her extensive 20 year corporate background along with her academic achievements makes her a one-of-kind professional. Dickson C. Buxton is Managing Director of Private Capital Corporation, which provides comprehensive business and estate perpetuation plans and financial services for mid-market private companies. He co-founded Private Capital Corporation in 1976 and was also Chairman of Kelso and Company form 1978-1981. He co-founded the ESOP Association of American in 1978. In addition to numerous articles in professional journals, Dick has written two books: “You’ve Built a Successful Business: Now What?
