Dr. Grand is the former president of the Humanitarian Assistance Program with EMDR – HAP. While president he coordinated gratuitous training sessions for therapists in Northern Ireland and also coordinated HAP Training Sessions for Disadvantaged Urban Neighborhoods in Long Island and Brooklyn, New York.
