About the Author

Lee Sumner Irwin is an experienced coach, author and speaker on a mission to help people wake up to their innate brilliance and grasp life’s possibilities. She is the heart of No Limits Coaching where over a thousand people from across the U.S. have learned how to embrace their greatness, do more good and have way more fun. Lee writes the blog Play in Truth and has published numerous articles on vibrant living.

Lee began coaching in 2001 and studied with Thomas Leonard and Dave Ellis to earn the Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation. She also trained in Nonviolent Communication and Re-evaluation Counseling. Lee brings a unique blend of practical strategies and compassion to her work. She lives in a beautiful Southern town with her husband and their spoiled cat, Alley. They have three awesome children and three lively grandchildren.

Coco Rosenblatt-Farrell is a philosopher, writer, teacher, and emissary of love and liberation. She is the founder of The Kindness Method, an organization that helps people of all ages to develop compassionate, embodied self-awareness and to discover their innate passion, vitality, and wisdom.

Coco also has the honor of assisting people in transforming their relationships with their bodies, food, and movement through a program she created called Reclaiming Your Body. She is delighted to be a co-facilitator of the Durham Dance Wave - a weekly freeform conscious dance experience - and works part time as a patient liaison for The Institute of IMT, an integrative healthcare practice, providing support and information to clients throughout their healing process.

Coco graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Political Theory and has a Master’s degree in Education. Inspired by her training in Nonviolent Communication, Focusing, Mindfulness, and Heart Intelligence, she uses a mind/body approach in her work with individuals and groups across the US. Coco loves singing with her family band, improv classes, freestyle dance, playing in nature, cooking yummy food, and spending time with friends and family. She lives with her husband and daughter in Durham, NC.
