About Bill Effinger Bill Effinger has been successful in a number of areas, including developer, home builder, mortgage lending, sales and land acquisition specialist. He served as the Mayor of Buena Park, CA and is a long time member of the National Association of Home Builders, where he was appointed to the National Marketing Committee. His writings have appeared in many building industry, real estate and mortgage banking journals, as well as local and national newspapers. Bill has lectured on entrepreneurism at leading colleges and universities, such as Babson, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Arizona State and National University. He is much in demand as a building industry seminar leader; his “How to Survive, Succeed and Grow in the Building & Contracting Business” continues to win him friends.
