John M. Spafford is a decorated former career Air Force intelligence analyst assigned to world-wide duties for the National Security Agency (NSA). After returning to civilian life, he took up his former occupation as a journalist and news photographer, culminating in his being named managing editor.
While on active military duty, Mr. Spafford earned his paralegal certification. He then earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees, in psychology and in sociology, from the University of the State of New York. He went on to earn his Master of Arts degree from the University of Phoenix.
As a member of a forensic investigative team, Mr. Spafford brings his analytic skills to bear on criminal and civil cases presented by attorneys and clients.
Mr. Spafford has taught at all levels of public education. Currently he teaches English Composition and Literature at the university level and high school subjects in a maximum security prison in Indiana.
A professional entertainer for more than twenty years, Mr. Spafford is an accomplished magician, singer-songwriter, and stand-up comedian. He is a member of the National Writers Union (UAW Local 1981), the International Brotherhood of Magicians (I.B.M.), and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
