About the Author
Karen Loman is an assistant professor of Early Childhood and Elementary Education for the University of Central Missouri and a consultant for Instructechs, LLC. in Lee’s Summit, MO. She has been an elementary teacher, Title I teacher, Title I coordinator, summer school director, and consultant to a non-profit company. She currently teaches preservice education courses and consults with schools and administrators across the United States.
