David A. Adler, a former math teacher, is the author of the acclaimed "Picture Book Biography" series for children. Judaica titles such as "Child of the Warsaw Ghetto" and "Hilde and Eli: Children of the Holocaust," and numerous riddle books, including "Calculator Riddles." He lives with his wife and sons in New York and truly believes that math can be fun.
Nancy Tobin was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and later studied at Kendall College. She moved to San Francisco in 1987 where she has specialized in illustration. Ms. Tobin still lives in the Bay Area with her husband, her daughter, her cockatiels, and her cats.
