About the Author

Carla Ann Thompson was born in Trinidad, CO in 1954 and grew up in a rural setting. Carla received her first twelve years of education at the local parochial school and then went on to college where she majored in music and theater. Carla is the author of The Bridge Game and Oh God, It?s Almost Summer. She has been married to her college baritone Dan, for thirty years and has four children. They live in Colorado and Texas.
