About the Author
Jo Mills Garceau, first woman cabinet director in Washington State, is listed in Who's Who of American Women. She served as campus minister for The Evergreen State College and assistant minister at Ananda Spiritual Community. Garceau lives with her son and two cats overlooking a quiet pond near Portland, Oregon.
