About the Author

Dr. Ricci has received numerous citations and commendations from all levels of government in the state of Massachusetts. In 1985, he was honored with the Humanitarian Award from the National Association of Superintendents of Public Residential Facilities for the Mentally Retarded. He has written several books and presented papers in the United States and Europe relating to health care improvement.
