About the Author

Emily Walter Mikulewicz was born and raised in New York City. She attended PS 54 (as her mother did before her), Hunter College High School, and Hartwick College. Retired after a 30-year nursing career, Emily now concentrates on modeling, quilting and grand motherhood. She still lives in the house with the sunny room.
