About the Author

Josh Holmberg and David Bruzzese grew up together in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Josh completed his undergraduate studies at New Mexico State University and earned his MBA at the University of Denver. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his family and is a VP of Sales for a high-technology company. David graduated from Santa Clara University before earning his MBA at Arizona State University. He is the marketing director at a hospital in Durango, Colorado, where he has lived with his wife since 2002.
