About the Author

Jay Mason is a 20-year insurance veteran and the founder and former chairman of Sy.Med Development, Inc. He is also the author of The Book on Managed Care and is a frequent speaker on identity theft. Jay is a graduate of Stamford University and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter, Registered Health Underwriter, and Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist professional designations. Jay resides in Brentwood, Tennessee, with his wife and three children.
