About the Author
Marv Rubinstein?engineer, professor, attorney, entrepreneur?has published newsletters on politics and tea and has written books on engineering, humor, Israel and American English (10,000 copies sold). He taught at the Monterey Institute and was C.E.O. of his own engineering firm. His travels cover 70 countries and 49 states. He has lived in Bangkok, Carmel, Israel, London and NYC.Chie Hamaguchi Rubinstein, a professional Translator and Interpreter in Japanese/English, has retested most of the recipe testing for this book. She has lived in Osaka, Carmel and New York.
