About the Author

Richard Ritchey is a self taught Herpetologist. His intense interest in reptiles began as a child and continued into adulthood. He travels the Pacific Northwest providing over 480 educational reptile programs each year to schools, libraries, and scouting events.Established in 1991, what began as a hobby has become a full time occupation.
