About the Author

Ms Radaj has a BS in Marketing from Marquette University (with a double minor in psychology and political science?GO MARQUETTE!) and an Interior Design degree from MATC in Milwaukee. Her 15+ years as Operations and Marketing Director for the Nature of Things Stores has led her to numerous design challenges in the development of store spaces of a variety of sizes, custom product development and merchandising strategies. She has been a trainer on the subjects of coaching employees, sales, merchandising and marketing/PR. Ms Radaj has designed retail spaces as well as consulted on numerous residential projects, specializing in bedrooms and nurseries. Ms Radaj is the author of numerous articles, is the former editor of the WI ASID newsletter (which featured her column ?The Business of Design? and is still a contributor) and her first design book entitled Designing the Life of Your Dreams from the Outside In (7/06). Ms Radaj is an avid adventure traveler and is an exhibited nature photographer. She currently resides in Milwaukee (between adventures) with her two dogs that keep her from taking herself too seriously.
