Synopsis
Syd Stowe was a city person, and when it was time to leave New york and her best friend Jill, she wasn't happy at all. But Syd soon found a friend in her new small Midwestern town, and everything seemed to be fine...until she discoverd the secret of the ghost dolls. Why did her new best friend, Laura, look so much like a doll that had lived a long, long time ago? And what was the connection between Laura and the old man who made the dolls? As Syd investigates and solves the mystery, she learns some valuable lessons.

About the Author
Dina Anastasio is the author of more than 200 books for children of all ages. She is a former editor of Sesame Street Magazine. The idea for A Question of Time came to her when she discovered a family of carved dolls in the back room of a dusty out-of-the-way toy store in New Orleans.
