Dr. Kathleen Barclay, Ph.D., co-founded Strategic Visions International in 1992 with a focus on helping companies and individuals maximize performance. Kat?s extensive experiences in sales, training, human resources, and corporate management led her to be a top producer for Fortune 1000 high-technology companies and a master instructor for over 25 years.Al Gordon is a Programs Manager for the Customer Service organization at Cisco Systems, Inc., San Jose, California and is part of a team that is responsible for Customer Service and Internet Commerce tools training. Prior to his current position Al was E-Learning Programs Manager for the Knowledge Management and Delivery Group at Cisco. He is also currently a doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science, specializing in the application of technology to learning, knowledge and performance improvement.Jim Hollahan, an expert in e-learning, helps organizations build effective professional development and in-service training programs.
