About the Author

Dr. Ruth G. Krueger has worked for Dakota County in all aspects of public welfare since 1977. In 1993 she did an internship in the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington DC where she worked with the Clinton Administration on welfare reform. She has a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
