About the Author

VIN VOGEL is an award winning Brazilian author-illustrator and the creator of the Yeti series for Dial Books for Young Readers. He has illustrated over fifty books for young readers in various countries. After having lived in NYC, he is back to in his tropical hometown, Rio, with his two cats. They are surrounded by many plants, piles of picture books, and some single fin surfboards.
