Synopsis
This work provides a range of lively photocopiable activities that will enable children at Key Stage one level and Scottish levels A-B to foster an understanding of maps. The accompanying teachers' notes provide background information, explain the purpose of each activity, suggest follow-up ideas and highlight links with the Scottish 4-14 Guidelines and the Northern Ireland science curriculum.
