Stephen Wanhill is Professor of Tourism Research in the School of Consumer Studies, Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Wales, Cardiff. David Gilbert is Marketing Lecturer and Course Tutor for the Diploma/MSc course in Tourism Marketing at the University of Surrey.
