Derived from the Master Reference File (MRF) from the UDC consortium, this up-to-date volume contains over 66,000 entries, which are presented in a clear and accessible format. In addition, this volume contains a detailed introduction to the UDC, giving historical background information about the classification system itself and the organizations involved in its development, as well as instructions on how to use the subject tables.
