Synopsis

Jacob Prophitt had just begun a new chapter of his life as a professor at a Christian University located in the Smoky Mountains of Eastern Tennessee. The course study he was hired to teach is based on the prophets of the Old Testament. The problem? Jacob was questioning his Christian faith. So, can someone teach from the Bible if they don't believe in God? Once Jacob Prophitt entered Peterson Memorial Hall on the campus of Woodlock Christian University to begin his new career, he immediately began a strange odyssey that brings Jacob face to face with an unusual character and experiencing many twists and turns in his life while he is seeking the truth. What ensues is both humorous and thought provoking. Fair warning, set time aside. Once you begin reading this rapid-fire story, it will be hard to put down until you reach the end.
