Jamie was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. After several unusual encounters at historic sites as a child, Jamie developed a passion for history and the paranormal. She began to research and investigating paranormal sites and stories. She established Historic Haunts Investigations in 2004 to display her research and findings, and provide an outlet where others could share their stories. She continued her studies in Parapsychology under noted authority in the field Loyd Auerbach. She has gone on to be featured on the cable tv show Most Terrifying Places in America and has been proudly featured in several newspaper articles. To this day she continues researching the paranormal, counts several note-worthies in the field as peers and friends, and has even been present at the taping of several shows by famous televised ghost hunting groups. Jamie is the former Manager of GhoSt Augustine Ltd. Co. before she started her own company, one of the most popular ghost tour providers in St. Augustine (believed by many to be the oldest and most haunted city in America).
