Leather Bound. Condition: Fair. Reprint. Reprint. Rebound in leather, hard back. Black boards with gilt lettering on the spine and embellishments. Edges of boards are well thumbed and rubbed, with many a scuff mark on front, back and spine (see image). Front and back covers are well rubbed. Head and tail of spine bumped, head corners also bumped bear some heavy wear and tear. Binding is neat and tidy, yet bears tape at the hinge, front and back. Spine well sunned, and cracked. Free endpapers, pastedowns, title pages and most pages throughout bear some discolouration and foxing. Page edges are marbled yet heavily discoloured, particularly at the head edge.
