Synopsis
A Russian course designed to take students through from GCSE to A-level. The course aims to promote fluency and accuracy in the language, as well as flexibility in its use. Each chapter combines a specific topic and grammar area. Topic sections include authentic texts from the Soviet press with a variety of language tasks to develop skills across the board: reading and listening comprehension, roleplay, composition, discussion, translation, etc. The course includes a select vocabulary and cassettes covering the listening comprehension exercises are available separately.
