At the beginning of each section Joyce Huggett gives us advice on how to come into God's presence and reflect on that particular area of our life. Each page of the journal includes a Bible reading and a quotation about prayer to stimulate, challenge and encourage the reader. The pages are not dated, allowing for flexibility.
