Kenneth L. Terao is Vice President of Aguirre International, a social science research firm located in San Mateo, California. He has over 15 years of program management experience working in a variety of institutions and organizations, including elementary/secondary education, higher education, community organizations, law enforcement, and local government agencies. For the past 6 years, he has directed national evaluation projects funded by the Corporation for National Services (Project SATR) and Save the Children Federation, Inc. which provides training and technical assistance to local, state, and national organizations on developing and implementing outcome evaluation on community service projects.
Francis K. O. Yuen is a Professor for the Division of Social Work at California State University, Sacramento. He has many years of direct practice, program development, and management experience. In addition to being a program development and evaluation consultant for human service organizations and a coach for Project STAR, he is also a grant proposal reviewer for various government agencies. He publishes and teaches on family health social work practice, substance abuse and high-risk behaviors, diversity, grant writing, and research and program evaluation.
