Behaviour modification principles and procedures are described in this work in a straightforward way. With this book, students learn the principles or concepts upon which behaviour modification is based. Then they move into procedures and are asked to apply the concept they have learnt. The object is to tell students why they are doing it before telling them what to do. Equal attention is paid to presentation and context. The author uses a step-by-step, scientific approach to explain human behaviour and behaviour modification principles and techniques. A variety of case studies are employed to enliven the presentation.
