About the Author
Oetting, a private and public school teacher for 33 years, has co-authored three outdoor education manuals for Missouri, written numerous articles for local and state educational newsletters, and is currently writing church and school material for Word Action Publishing Company. She is an avid "rockhound" and an active member of the Association of Earth Science Clubs of Greater Kansas City.
