About the Author
Known as The Lazy Genius, Kendra Adachi loves encouraging women to be geniuses about the things that matter and lazy about the things that don't. When she's not recording an episode for The Lazy Genius Podcast or cooking chicken on Instagram, she's being a genius about laundry day, feeding people breakfast, navigating a Netflix queue, and adding more salt to chocolate chip cookies. She is lazy about gardening, kids' birthday parties, and trying to be the best at everything. She's lived that life and it didn't work. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and three kids.
